We will Provide you a Coupon Code for the same value of the product which is Returned or Exchanged, this can be redeemed in future for any purchase made on our Store, Validity of the Coupon Code is Lifetime. We do not give any Cash back Refund for Exchange or Returns. We Return & Exchange only once.
Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange if the area is serviceable for a reverse pick up. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
Please take a print out of the invoice, this will be needed while handing over the return parcel to the courier company. You can find the link to download your Invoice in the shipping confirmation email which was sent by us when we shipped your order.
In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update our customer care on +91 77387 06739 or email us the tracking info on firstname.lastname@example.org so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.

It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use.
